Rewards & Referrals: effective 1/1/19

Points are received for:

  • Referring a new client to the salon (20 points)

  • Tagging us on social media (5 points)

  • Purchasing $25 in retail in one transaction (1 point)


If your social media privacy settings don't allow us to see your post, please show us so we can give you your points.


1 point = $1 and can be redeemed at anytime. Rewards are non transferable.




I strive to always be on time for my guests. If I am running significantly behind I will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment time. The only way I can ensure my punctuality is for each guest to arrive on time for their appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late I may refuse service or alter services so that it doesn’t effect the rest of my scheduled appointments


I request at least 48 hour notice for all cancellations. If 48 hour notice is not given I may ask for payment of the missed appointment.  Upon booking your next appointment, I may also require a non-refundable deposit up to the full amount of the services booked. I do understand that life and emergencies happen, so I will use my discretion when enforcing this policy. All cancellations and rescheduling of appointments are tracked.



If you aren’t happy with a product you purchased you may return within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Returns are not accepted on empty or almost empty product. Tools can be returned within one week of purchase.


Re Dos

I pride myself on doing a thorough consultation prior to each service to ensure 100% happiness. I realize that sometimes once you get home you may find something you would like to adjust. I am happy to make those adjustments within ONE week of receiving the service. I cannot provide refunds on services.



The salon is family friendly. That being said, I also want you to be able to relax during your appointment. Please use discretion when bringing your children if they do not have an appointment.  Although I am independent, I work with a salon full of people. Each stylist is trying to do their best work and each client is trying to enjoy their "me" time.



I collect emails via our website, new client forms, and in person. By providing your email, you are confirming that you want to receive discounts, promotions, and our email newsletter. Your email is also used to confirm in salon appointments. Our email list will NEVER be shared or sold to an individual or company for any reason. You may request to have your email removed from our list at anytime, however you will no longer receive appointment confirmations and you still must abide by our punctuality and cancellation policy (detailed above). If you would like to know how we received your email address we will provide that information within 30 days
