Time after Time

PUNCTUALITY.  

I strive to always be on time for my guests.  If I am running significantly behind I will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment time.  The only way I can ensure my punctuality is for each guest to arrive on time for their appointment.  If you are more than 10 minutes late I may refuse service or alter services so that it doesn't effect my next appointments.

Cha-Cha Changes

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION.  

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guest, I do require a 48 hour cancelation notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Should you cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than a 48 hour notice, a fee equal to 50% of the cancelled services will be due before another appointment is scheduled.

SERVICE RE-DO AND RETAIL RETURN POLICY.  

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having problems with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. If you should make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges in full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.

KIDS not GOATS.

 The Hair Canvas is family friendly.  That being said, I also want you to be able to relax during your appointment.  Please use discretion when bringing your children if they do not have an appointment themselves.  Although I am independent, I work with others.  Each stylist is trying to do their best work and each client is trying to enjoy their "me" time.

I am often asked if I work on children, I do, that being said I charge according to time and experience. (no separate pricing)

PRIVACY.

(all jokes aside) 

I collect emails via my website, new client forms and in person.  By providing your email, you are confirming that you want to receive discounts, promotions and our email newsletter.  Your email is also used to confirm in salon appointments.  Our email list with NEVER be shared or sold to an individual or company for any reason.  You may request to have your email removed from our list at anytime, however you will no longer receive appointment confirmations and you still must abide by the punctuality and cancellation policy detailed above.  If you would like to know how we received your email address we will provide that information within 30 days.

HOLIDAY.

Starting November 1st 2023. Due to increased demand during the busy holiday season, I require a 7-day notice of any appointment shifts or cancellations. Any appointment cancellation less than 7 days in advance will result in a $100 cancellation fee. This fee is due prior to rescheduling any appointment. Due to this increased demand I can not guarantee to fit you back on my schedule prior to January 5th 2024 if any adjustments are made to your appointment after this booking.
